Construction
All Joints mortice and tenon in traditional manner, and pinned and glued with exterior grade resin glue.
Weather Sealing
Vertical brush draught excluders to conceal edges of sashes, and horizontal weather seling to the top, middle and bottom rails.
Mouldings
Fitted with O.G. Architrave and window board as standard, where appropriate. Linings and special detail mouldings also available.

All timber sections traditionally moulded. 80mm traditionally shaped sash horn is integral to all box sash windows, unless otherwise specified.
Furniture/Fittings
All windows fitted with solid brass Fitch fasteners and sash lifts as standard. Chrome and Satin Chrome also available.
Security
Fitch fasteners mean windows may only be opened internally. Additional 2 position security locks so your windows are secure when open or closed.
Glazing Bars
Traditional glazing bars incorporating sealed units, with timber 'putty' detail externally and glazed internally for additional security.
Glazing
Double glazed with Pilkington K low 'E' glass to internal pane, incorporating Argon gas filled cavity to conform to document L building regulations.
Paint
High quality factory applied microporous white
